I was very surprised when I first heard this news.
The Japanese government had to release the Trawler captain without talking with China.
It is a big miss of the Japanese government.
I watched the movie of this accident and thought Chinese ship was wronger than Japanese ship.
Maybe Japanese government feared Chinese government pressure.
I think Japanese government should be more imposing than now.
Otherwise people will not follow.
